If the slab has deep structural failure, severe settlement, or widespread damage that makes spot repairs a false economy, full replacement can be the better long-term investment. We'll quote both options where it's a genuine call, so you can make the decision with full information — not just hear what we think you want to hear.

Yes — almost always. We stage repairs section by section, run after-hours and weekend shifts, and use fast-cure systems specifically so your operations keep moving. For high-stakes facilities (cold storage, food production, 24/7 logistics) we'll plan the work in detail at the quote stage and confirm exactly which areas are unavailable and for how long.

At the site inspection we assess slab thickness, the depth and pattern of cracking, any signs of subsidence or differential movement, moisture readings, and the condition of any existing coatings. Surface and structural damage is almost always repairable. Deep, progressive structural failure (settling, heave, undersized slabs failing under load) sometimes isn't — and we'll tell you straight if that's what we find.

Both. Failed epoxy is one of our most common repair jobs — delamination, peeling, hot-tyre lift and blistering. We strip the failed sections (or the whole coating if needed), correctly profile the substrate, address any moisture issue that caused the failure in the first place, and re-coat with a commercial-grade system. Done properly, the new coating won't fail again — and we back it in writing.

Done correctly, a structural epoxy crack injection is essentially permanent — the resin is harder than the concrete around it. Control-joint sealants are flexible by design and have a longer-than-standard service life when installed with the right product for the joint movement. Our repair work is covered by a 7-year warranty on workmanship and materials, the same as our new installations.

For spot repairs on bare concrete, you'll often see a faint colour difference where the repair material meets the original slab — that's normal and structurally fine. If a uniform appearance matters (showrooms, retail, food-grade), we can apply a re-coat across the full area after the repair, leaving a single seamless surface.
